i found the staff helpful and cute. the location offered convenient access to public transportation. the room was clean and well kept i appreciated having a little fridge for storing snacks.
the pillows were not very comfortable i would have liked softer options

Fantastic experience near KaDeWe!

The staff REALLY helped me store my luggage after checkout, which I appreciated. There are numerous options for dining and coffee just around the corner from the hotel (I got a great döner!). Shopping areas were VERY close. I found some awesome souvenirs. The room was clean and quiet. I got excellent rest.
The gym was a bit small. It only had two treadmills.
