convenient access and great amenities
helpful staff convenient access clean room
i found the staff helpful and cute. the location offered convenient access to public transportation. the room was clean and well-kept i appreciated having a little fridge for storing snacks.
the pillows were not very comfortable i would have liked softer options

helpful service smooth process
the staff provided helpful service. my ipad was left in my room, and the process for sending it back to the uk went smoothly.
the scheduled maintenance on the elevator next to the room was not communicated. i was woken up by drilling into the bedside wall early in the morning.

Fantastic experience near KaDeWe!
clean room quiet room friendly staff shopping area
The staff REALLY helped me store my luggage after checkout, which I appreciated. There are numerous options for dining and coffee just around the corner from the hotel (I got a great döner!). Shopping areas were VERY close. I found some awesome souvenirs. The room was clean and quiet. I got excellent rest.
The gym was a bit small. It only had two treadmills.

The staff was attentive and helpful at all times. They quickly addressed my questions with a smile. I got prompt assistance with luggage storage. Their friendly demeanor.).

The breakfast had many options, including fresh juice you make yourself. I noticed a good variety of foods were offered. The coffee was particularly good. It gave me a much needed energy boost in the mornings.

My room had standard amenities. I was happy to see an iron and ironing surface were available. I appreciated the powerful AC. It kept the room comfortable .
